Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kinetic Wear shorts. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Exchanges

• You are welcome to exchange your product within 30 days of receiving your order.

• We’ll cover the cost of return shipping if you’re swapping for a different size or style.

Change of Mind Returns

• If you change your mind or no longer want the product, you may return it within 30 days.

• In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return postage and issue either a full refund or a replacement please contact us at support@kineticwear.com.au
